construction industry. Together, they are raising two beautiful daughters while managing crews, leading projects, and turning construction into a family legacy.
Their company was born from shared values faith, integrity, and excellence. They believe every home should be built with care,
grounded in trust, and designed to last. For them, it’s never just about the structure; it’s about the people who will live and grow inside it.

Yuly Pena Castro
Construction runs in Yuly’s roots. Her father was a builder, and from an early age she was drawn to the rhythm of job sites and the satisfaction of seeing ideas take shape. Those early years taught her respect both the work and the people who make it happen.
She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management and Engineering from IIT in Chicago, Illinois. Over the past twenty-six years, Yuly has worked across multiple areas of the industry; from project management to
design development, bringing structure, creativity, and care to every project she leads.
Today, her focus lies in blending design and construction
to enhance how people experience their homes. Her work reflects a commitment to thoughtful planning, timeless style, and environments that support everyday well-being.
What continues to drive her is the deep fulfillment of
transforming a client’s vision into a space that feels truly their own.
She is also a member of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry)
